Dakhla is Morocco's real estate hidden gem. A former Western Sahara town turned world kitesurfing and windsurfing destination, the city now attracts investors, hoteliers and developers from around the world.

With prices up 18% in a year and seabed available only in its 40 km lagoon, Dakhla represents an extremely rare investment opportunity on the African continent. Prices remain among the lowest in Morocco despite the rise.

The Moroccan government has designated Dakhla a free zone and is investing heavily in infrastructure (port, airport, roads). Major hotel chains are moving in. The seasonal rental market shows yields above 12%.
